Our president, Thomas Blincoe, graduated from the University of Louisville with a BS Degree. He has worked in the construction industry since 1975, and has been our Construction Manager since 1989.

Kevin Aldred, Chief Engineer

Kevin Aldred is our Chief Engineer. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky (14660) and North Carolina (12907). Kevin has worked in the civil engineering field since 1982.

Donald Blincoe

Donald Blincoe graduated from the University of Louisville Speed School with a Master’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky (24248). He has worked in the construction industry since 1993.

Mary Anne Brown, our office manager, attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV and has worked in bookkeeping since 1974. She has worked as a computer operator and programmer since 1982.
