Thomas Blincoe
Tom attended the University of Louisville where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology/pre-med. He grew up on a farm in Bardstown and has been part of the Buzick team since 1975. Today, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Donna; three kids, Donald, Karl and Laura; nine grandkids; and two dogs, Bullett and Kate. Drag racing, fishing, golfing and hunting are also favorite pastimes.

Laura Blincoe Ganoe

Donald Blincoe, P.E.
Laura received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville. She was excited to join the family business upon graduation and currently manages the accounting staff. She and her husband, Adam, have four kids, Kyndal, Luke, Olive and Leo, and two dogs. Laura has served on the Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education Board since 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys trips to the lake and spending time on her family farm.
Donald attended the University of Louisville where he earned his master’s in engineering. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer. After growing up in the family business, he now serves as President. Donald and his wife, Leslie, have three daughters, Layne, Sadie and Tate. He is an avid golfer and hunter and spends football season rooting for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Kevin Aldred,

Kevin attended the University of Louisville for his associate’s degree and the University of Kentucky for his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering . A Professional Engineer, his previous work experience includes being an Engineer at Duke Power and a Senior Engineer at Jim Beam. Kevin and his wife have two grown children. He also enjoys golfing and cheering on the UK Wildcats.

Nicholas Morris
Nick attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, his daughter, Emarie, and his son, Everett. He also enjoys competing in sanctioned drag racing events.

Mike Ballard, P.E.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Louisville. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer. Mike has been with Buzick Construction nearly 30 years. Mike enjoys spending spare time with his three children, Dawson, Carter and Skyler. He is also a fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats and Boston Red Sox.

Jason Jones

David Hite
Jason earned his Project Management Certification and Project Supervision Certification from Clemson University along with an extensive amount of qualified certifications and training hours. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason brings great decisive and results-oriented success with outstanding leadership and crisis management skills.
Jason O. Strange, CPA is a graduate of Bardstown High School and received his Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. He is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association. Strange began his career in public accounting with the U.S. Government Accountability Office in 2002 (Washington D.C.). He has enjoyed working in the community since moving home to Bardstown. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley (Bleemel), and their three sons. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, hunting, kayaking, and fishing.

Summer Arlinghaus
Summer attended Northern Kentucky University for her Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. In her spare time, Summer enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Kane, and her two sons, Leo and Logan. She also enjoys watching the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.

Logan Mudd, P.E.
David was born and raised in Bardstown, Kentucky. Prior to joining the Buzick team, he worked with Rose Construction Company and Mago Construction Company. In his spare time, Hite enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and their son David. He also enjoys snow skiing, golfing, hunting and fishing.
Logan was born and raised in Bardstown, KY where he attended Bethlehem High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining Team Buzick, he worked for Mago Construction Company. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cate, and daughter, Anna. He also enjoys hunting, golfing, woodworking, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Nick Grant
Nick received his Associate of Science in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sullivan University. Prior to joining the Buzick team, he worked for Fanatics, Inc as a Lead Systems Support Analyst and Project Manager. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and their newborn son, practicing Kung Fu, and staying up to date on the latest IT trends.
EXECUTIVE PILOT
Scott Braden
Scott was born and raised in Elizabethtown KY. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation. He also attained a Master in Business Administration degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is FAA certified as an Airline Transport Pilot, and instrument, multi-engine flight instructor. Prior to joining Team Buzick, Scott was Director of Operations and private jet captain for an aircraft charter company. He has 15 years of experience as a Director of Safety, and nearly 30 years of aviation experience. In his spare time, Scott enjoys boating and fishing, classic cars, and maintaining a small farm property.

Jon-Peter Lee, P.E.
Jon-Peter received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering. After graduate school, he worked in Chicago for 2 years where he helped perform structural designs of residential high-rise buildings. Jon-Peter has found his way back to his hometown in Lebanon, KY where he enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Rock Smith
Rock Smith is an avid pilot whose flown for the last twenty years. Along side his aviation skills is his decades long talent for executing residential construction projects on a grand scale. Rock enjoys spending time with his family and building houses in his spare time.
